Although this website is primarily dedicated to my digital art, the sew sew sew page was created to display my sewing projects.

Sewing Project #1: Rose Pillow
Note: Most of the time that I do a sewing project, I'll sew a pillow, as the process is fairly straightforward. [Wrong side to wrong side, pin, sew (leaving a small gap so that the pillow can be flipped right-side out), then stuffing and using a ladder stich to close up the hole in the pillow.] In general, if someone wanted to make a larger pillow, this process would probably not be the best, as every pillow consumes a surprisingly large amount of stuffing. Instead, I'd recommend sewing a pillowcase and buying a pillow, although that would kind of defeat the purpose of this project.
Sewing Project #2: Popsicle Bag
Although there isn't a video for this bag, as I made it in a sewing class, I thought I'd post a picture of it for fun. It's definitely one of the longest projects that I've completed thus far, and partly for that reason, one of my favorites. The bag took around six hours to complete, a good chunk of that time being for sewing the popsicle pattern on the front.
Sewing Project #3: Sushi Bag
Yet another project that I wasn't able to video, although this time only because I was on a bit of a time crunch to finish it.. Much like with the popsicle bag, this bag also took around six hours to finish. I love the sushi pattern that I used for it! Overall, very cute, although in the future I would try to make thicker straps for the bag (not necessary, but a preference of mine).
